2 Day Team Building - Escape Ms. Killjoy

Service Description

This services utilizes our Escape Room as a medium to challenge your workplace teams. Our game master will analyze your teams ability to communicate and work together, and give feedback on a better approach to creative problem solving in a team dynamic. The American Psychological Association recognizes the use of games to distract a person from typical norms. Pulling your team out of their comfort zone and distracting them with our game, filled with puzzles, that can only be solved using team work, will give us the ability to properly evaluate their strengths and weaknesses. This service is different from a standard event rental by offering this feedback either directly to the team, or to management. The day can last between 16 - 24 hours, with the time not starting until the first game begins. We can host 3 - 6 person teams at a time, and the game can last 30 minutes to 1 hour. We require a 15 minute reset time between games. We can host between 120 - 192 running max capacity and depending on length of day and length of game. We require enough space to place a 26' trailer, a pickup truck, and a tent to go next to the trailer. The ground must be level, and it is preferred to be under shade, for comfort. The game comes with a trained game master to operate the game, provide feedback, and to reset the game between play throughs. We require a 1 hour lunch for the game master.
